  Chili's has always been one of our favorite restaurants but we would not return anytime soon if at all. The waitress was very slow from the time we arrived. We had to wait to give our drink order and from there on every step of the process took an extremely long. One of the entrees was a pasta dish with minimal sauce, poorly cooked pasta and when the waitress took it to replace it she stated that it was some left in the pan. We had a child with us who was celebrating her 6th birthday and chose Chili's. She had a headband on that said "Birthday Girl"no one who worked there even said anything to her. We asked did they sing happy birthday and the waitress said yes. It was a good thing we had ordered the chocolate chip cookie because there wasn't a cupcake or anything as a birthday token. We had to remind the waitress 3 times to please sing happy birthday because we were getting ready to leave. They came up clapping, difficult to understand what they were saying, very brief. When our bill came we were shocked to find out we were charged $1.99 for "table side entertainment" The entire event was disappointing from start to finish.

  Horrible management and server. Ordered food was messed up. Manager never offered to replace or remake food said they took it off our bill. Big deal we never ate it. We dont expect anything for free .but expect to get what we ordered. Manager was not sympathetic or even sorry that we had a horrible experience. All he said was he fired 2 people for not showing up tonight. Again what does this have to do with our experience. Answer nothing. It will be along time if ever that I decide to go back to that restaurant.....horrible manager...

  This is not my first Chili's Grill; service was not good. There were 6 in our group, so I did expect a waiting experience, however over 2 hours was not expected. Food was acceptable, but not prepared as ordered. Yes I know it could be sent back but another long waiting time was not what we wanted to do at the time. Server was kind, good attitude, but overall the very long waiting time over rode her personality. Not a good experience!

  I like the new look and feel. The food was decent. I had the classic cheese burger and it's a step up from the standard Chili's fare. Give this location a try.

  Very good. We sat at the bar after a long day of house hunting. Yolanda was running her butt off but still managed to make sure we were good. Great job.
